• Description ;; The Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon (Dragon is 20 meters long, and it's body has a circumference of 2 meters), which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing a great deal of physical damage. The ideal place to use this technique is near is a body of water, but if the user possesses enough chakra they are able to form the dragon even in places where there is no water. The main downside of the Water Dragon technique is it’s 44 handseals , Ox → Monkey → Hare → Rat → Boar → Bird → Ox → Horse → Bird → Rat → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Ox → Ram → Snake → Boar → Ram → Rat → Yang Water → Monkey → Bird → Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird → Yang Water → Rat → Boar → Bird. Once the dragon is formed the user is able to control basic movement, such as changing its direction slightly, by gesturing with their arms, but this control is very basic.

The ideal place to use this technique is near is a body of water, but if the user possesses enough chakra they are able to form the dragon even in places where there is no water. The Mastered form of Water Dragon Bullet increases the power of the technique by significant amount, and it dramatically decreases the amount of hand seals needed to perform the technique, bringing it down from 44 to 4, Tiger → Monkey → Hare → Bird. Once Mastered the user also gains a great deal more control over the technique, able to control all of the dragon's movements while it is still within range with nothing more than their thoughts.
