Although the range of his kekkei genkai is similar to the range of the Byakugan, it actually has the ability to counter and negate that trait. His abilities also allow him to perform irresistible genjutsu, which can fool even the "all-seeing" Byakugan. Ranmaru's vision also lets him locate and track others by sensing chakra, picking up chakra from long distances, and noticing changes in an individual's chakra. It is also able to sense how many individuals are present.

Ranmaru's vision has heightened perception and analytical powers, similar to those of the Sharingan, meaning he can comprehend any details he sees. When first encountering Raiga, Ranmaru was able to read his thoughts to determine what was ailing him. He can also see one's life force, which he can use to predict the opponent's next move or tell if someone was alive. In addition to this, Ranmaru is able transfer part of his own life force to completely heal someone who is mostly dead.

Satan's Genjutsu: When the wielder of this Doujutsu casts genjutsu, the power and speed of the genjutsu are increased by +2. Genjutsu cast by the user has the ability to fool both the Sharingan and the Byakugan, making them incapable of using their doujutsu to break out of genjutsu cast by the user. The user has the ability to cast Genjutsu via eye contact, similar to the Sharingan. The user also has the ability to see through Genjutsu, similar to the Sharingan and Byakugan. The cost to break out of Genjutsu cast by someone with this doujutsu is equal to two times the required amount.

I'm gonna ask you remove both the ability to see through Genjutsu, and the double cost of releasing for those caught within, as neither of those abilities were shown in Canon (I even double checked by re watching all of the episodes that contained Ranmaru). Neither was the ability to case Genjutsu via eye contact, but that one I am going to allow as it does make sense that the one who possesses these eyes would have such an ability. I would personally suggest removing the +2 power and speed (which should be grip for Genjutsu btw) from the bloodline itself and turning it into a SC, since the bloodline itself is very powerful already, and having this as a SC will help keep it more balanced

Heightened Perception: This doujutsu's perceptual abilities rival that of the Sharingan. It seems as if the user fights with +15 speed at D-rank, +30 speed at C-rank, +45 speed at B-rank, +60 speed at A rank, +75 speed at S-rank, and +90 speed at SS-rank.

Here on Crisis the Sharingan only gives +40 speed by Mangekyo level, and despite me feeling that this should only give +30 (which is equal to the third tomoe) I am willing to let you receive +40 speed by the highest level, but no higher (since ya know, it rivals the Sharingan, it doesn't surpass it)

Heightened Senses: This doujutsu grants the user heightened visual senses that rival the Byakugan, as well as heightened audio and chakra tracking senses. The user can also notice even the smallest change in someone's chakra. The user can see through walls and hear sounds from incredibly long distances if they focus. At D-rank, the user is able to see, hear, and track chakra from 300 meters away. At C-rank, the user is able to see, hear, and track chakra from 400 meters away. So on and so forth until S-rank, where the user is capable of seeing and hearing from up to 2kms away. The user can also read the minds and emotions of others.

I'm gonna have to ask that you give numbers for how far the user can see/hear at B-rank and A-rank, you can't just say so on and so forth when it suddenly jumps from going up 100 meters from D-rank to C-rank, to jumping a whole 1,600 meters from C-S, so yeah, give some numbers please. Gonna also request that you remove the whole Mind Reading thing, since that is something that I can't really approve as a passive ability (as it would be very OP), you can create it as a bloodline jutsu though, that I have no problem with

Counter Doujutsu: This doujutsu grants the user the ability to negate the abilities of an opponent's doujutsu for the duration of a thread via physical contact or eye contact.

Okay, I'm gonna have to get you to explain what you mean by 'negate the abilities of an opponent's doujutsu for the duration of a thread', because if you mean that they literally can't use their dojutsu at all, then we have a problem, because I will not be approving that (since the only thing close to this shown in Canon was the fact that the Byakugan could be fooled with Genjutsu cast by the wielder of this KKG). If you meant something else, then please explain what you meant, because as it is I take it to mean they can't use their dojutsu at all

Life Force Manipulation: This doujutsu grants the user the ability to completely heal someone who is near death by manipulating their life force with a part of his own.

Obviously you won't have the ability to do this passively, but this will grant you the ability to make Life Force manipulation style jutsu, so approved

If I may make a suggestion, why don't you go A-rank 750 meters, S-rank 1250 meters, and SS-rank 2kms, because the way it is it suddenly goes from +100 every rank to +1400 for S-rank, and that doesn't really make much sense to me.
