Flight: The user is able to manipulate her polarity at a particulate scale, enabling her to levitate and essentially "fly". When she does this, two "wings" of lightning manifest from her back (but are cosmetic in nature). +80 speed when flying, but nowhere else.

Shock Absorption: How is this applied, and what can this defend against? IE: Can it defend against things like blunt-force damaging items such as hammers, or impact damage like what Water Dragon does on contact? Etc.

And a -80 Reduction on damage every post is a bit much.. Maybe every 2 posts after tanking an impact?
