Description: The battle-tested standard and fundamental technique of any of those professing to be medic-nin. It has immense potency, able to bring a patient on the brink of death back into a stabilized form to be transported to a proper intensive care unit provided the user has enough chakra to sustain the technique. It is also a rapid technique that will work to restore the patient, mending both internal and external wounds with shocking ease. Any slower and less thorough means of healing the body would have long been abandoned due to lack of appreciable decrease in deceased patients.

Even though this jutsu has a has immense power, it may not be used to regrow any missing body parts. Though, it can still reattach them at the cutting point.

In that case, add a note that missing body parts, whether full or partial, cannot be restored by this technique. No magically generating fingers, etc. It would, however, close the wound at the cutting point and heal it.
