The Silent Fist is a fighting style unique to Shira, where he is able to completely muffle the sounds of his movements, making his strikes extremely hard to anticipate. Using the feathers of owls as an example, Shira cloaks himself with chakra that can only be used for taijutsu to muffle his hits.(Duration of 6 posts/Cooldown of 7)

Stage one(500 wc):The user's footsteps and running in completely muffled The user's body is enhanced by this and adds 30% to their speed, and Strength stat.Through constant flow through your body your chakra lighten your punches and kicks noise however you will hit quicker and harder than before.(Duration 6 post/ cooldown Cool

Stage Two(1500 wc): The users movement is silenced, hits are lowered to a simple knock like sound, however the punch is devastatingly powerful..Use gains 40% boost to their strength, and speed as well as a 20% boost to health as the aura of the owl is now upon them.The user has controlled chakra flow through his body powering it forcing the limbs to hit harder and faster.The cloak allows him to sustain more hits.(Duration 5 posts/ cooldown Cool

Stage three(3k wc):The user's covered in a chakra cloak of the owl, he is completely silent in all aspects and the chakra cover give 60%(As powerful as the sixth gate) to speed, strength and durability of the body via the cloaks completely covering the user in a golden cloak. The user forces his chakra to control his muscles the cloak around his body helps him sustain hits as the hits he throws out are as powerful.(Duration 7 posts/ cooldown 9 posts)

The cloak may not be manipulated like a tailed beast cloak it simply stays around the body of the host.

why do you get a bonus to Strength and Speed?

Give each stage a set stat, these percentages won't fly. They won't be as strong as the 8 Gates, considering the fact that this has no drawbacks.

Give each stage a specific cooldown.

mention unlike a Jin's cloak you cannot control the cloak that is produced.

Cannonly the silent fist was able to match up to the 6th gate, all else fixed.
