• Description ;; The user creates a Water jellyfish from a source of water or the moisture in the air via. handseals (Ram -> Horse -> Tiger), imbued with chakra, onto themselves and up to 3 others. Once activated, the jellyfish will release the chakra into the person it is attached to allow for quick recovery from recent injury. The jellyfish can only be used once as it appears to drain the jellyfish once activated via. the tiger handseal. A person may only have one Jellyfish on themselves at a time.

Riiighttt. You don't just get jellyfish out of no where. And you nean hand seals to activate this. As well as how these jelly fish are created. So you say 5 post upon activation but then say you can only use once so whats the cool down. Again I repeat. COOL DOWN.
