• description ;; An advanced version of Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard in which the user releases two dragons made entirely of black ice that merge together to form a massive tornado. This technique manipulates existing ice instead of creating ice (Members of the Yuki clan can form it out of their chakra). The destructive power of this technique can freeze any water release equal to the power of this technique or lower, as well as freeze weak opponents into the ice prison jutsu. (Can freeze up to 10 people, but for every 2 people frozen the power of the Ice Prison is lowered by 1, meaning that if 4 people are frozen then each Ice Prison will have 4 power, if 8 people are frozen then each prison will have 2 power. Meaning, if this jutsu has 100 power and only 1 person was hit, then if that person had less than 100 chakra they will be frozen, whereas if 10 people were hit then anyone of them with less than 20 chakra will be frozen. This technique will also freeze solid any water release techniques equal to it's power or lower)
