For Gentle Fist -
It'll actually need a rank and a Power and Speed stat in accordance to its rank. If you would like you could very well make it able to be training to higher ranks while having a lower ranked version. It would just require training the technique up in subsequent order. As for the sealing, I'd like to see how many posts that would last, this effect could also scale as the technique is trained to higher ranks. As for the part about the target losing chakra, they don't actually do that but you could potentially have their chakra stat decrease for certain number of posts. Also as it's a melee attack, the range will have to be something like "touch"


For Eight Trigrams: One Hundred Twenty Eight Palms -

A rank techs are allowed to have 8 points between Power and Speed, so you can bump power up by a point. The range is gonna have to be something like touch since you have to make physical contact with the target. I'd also like to see how many posts the tenketsu cut off lasts, and if 64 palms hasn't been made, that'll also need to be apped since this is an advanced version of that. This will also require the taijutsu specialty has a requirement, as it's above C rank.

For Gentle Step: Twin Lion Fists -

I assume this is a buff that adds to your physical attacks. If so I'd like to know how long it lasts and exactly what benefits it gives stat wise. It's range will also need to be like either blank or marked as touch as you need to physically touch the target, and it'll need the Ninjutsu Specialty as a requirement since it's above C rank. Plus it'll a longer cooldown, probably of 4-5 posts.

For Eight Trigrams: Palms Revolving Heaven -

B rank techs can only have 6 points, so you'll need to knock one of the stats down a step to keep it B rank. Since the technique reacts to other chakra based attacks, it'll need to "battle" against them per say, in that the power of this technique would need to be higher than the power of another technique in order to deflect or neutralize it. Also you categorize it as Ninjutsu but in the description you say it's Taijutsu? Please pick one or the other. That being said, depending on which one you decide to categorize it as, it'll need the appropriate specialization as a requirement, since it's higher than C rank.

Gentle Fist doesn't have a rank because it's a fighting style, so it would essentially scale with character ability. The rest will be edited.

if it's a fighting style then perhaps it would be better off as an Special Characteristic?

Each strike on a Tenketsu point causes extreme internal damage and an immediate 5% chakra loss for each strike, lasting 5 posts. This technique is active throughout the entire thread and has no chakra requirement. This takes the place of standard fighting styles for Hyuuga and occupies a jutsu slot.

• Description ;; The Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms is a technique of the Gentle Fist fighting style. It is essentially a doubled version of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms performed at twice the speed. This technique is used to close off the flow of chakra through one hundred and twenty-eight chakra points of an opponent's Chakra Pathway System. This eliminates their ability to use chakra for quite some time and makes it difficult for them to move. Alternatively, it can be used to hit a great number of targets very quickly.

Once someone is within range of the user's field of divination, they assume a Gentle Fist stance and begin to deliver the attack.

This technique nullifies the usage of chakra by a target for 2 posts.

• Description ;; The user changes the shape of chakra released from both hands into large guardian lion-shaped shrouds. Doing so greatly increases range and destructive power. The lion heads drain the chakra network of those they touch. It is an extremely difficult ability to learn, as the slightest mistake in chakra control will lead to failure, meaning it is a feat requiring the Byakugan. This technique can be used in conjunction with the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms and its variations. This technique lasts 5 posts.  

This technique drains 10% CHK from the opponent each time they are hit and gives a +15 STR bonus to the user.

• Description ;; A secret taijutsu that is orally handed down only within the main house of the Hyūga, this technique utilises the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from all the chakra points on the user's body. It is also a defensive manoeuvre to compensate for the Byakugan's blind spot as the released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. After releasing chakra from every tenketsu in their body, the user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation. This technique is only effective when rotating, since the chakra itself is not enough to stop a physical attack thus if they cannot spin, the user becomes vulnerable. The technique is also capable of reflecting an opponent's chakra against them.

The chakra rotation can be disrupted by chakra threads, which slows down the user, binding and tangling them in the webbing, and ultimately forcing them to stop.
