• Description ;; Genjutsu: Sharingan broadly refers to any genjutsu performed with the Sharingan. It has also been shown performed through the Sharingan's higher evolutions, the Mangekyō Sharingan and the Rinnegan, although it's not always clear what difference this makes, if any.

By establishing eye contact with a target for at least a second at which time the users eyes appear to pop out of their head or the tomoe begin to spin, the Sharingan user locks them within a genjutsu for one of various purposes:

instantaneous, but temporary, unconsciousness in the target;
forceful extraction of any information the target possesses;
relay memories to the target;
remove genjutsu placed on the target by others;
And even temporary Paralysis.

Any form of Temporary parts will only last for 2 turns.
to Extract information via interrogation, this technique's power must be higher then the opponents Durability.
to extract it forcefully like other memory/information extraction jutsu, this techniques power must be higher then the targets Chakra.

(S-ranked Version)Members of the Uchiha clan are particularly famous for using their Sharingan to control the Nine-Tails, such that a village could quickly come to suspect an Uchiha's involvement in a Nine-Tails' Attack on a village. Those capable of using this and have Rinnegan is noted to be able to use this tech with Rinnegan to trap tailed beasts in a genjutsu with a mere glance.

The illusions created by Genjutsu: Sharingan do not appear to have any trademark form, appearing wildly different between the same functions and even the same users. For example, User could typically use it to render targets unconscious, yet on one occasion the target's body is pierced with large feathers, on another the target is grasped and overwhelmed by a shadowy figure, and on another the target experiences the user personally stabbing them.

1. Let's up the range for it a bit, standard human sight (in clear conditions) is something like a mile? So for casting a genjutsu, especially Dojutsu and an A rank at that. It can stand to add a few more meters at the very least...
2. As far as eye contact goes, mention that it only needs to be held for a second, and when it is established that both of the Uchiha's eyes will expand (Read: seems to pop out of their head). As well as any other triggers that I may be forgetting, if any?
3. What do you think about making the S rank version also applicable for MS/EMS as well as Rinne?
4. As for the uses let's break them down and try to balance them individually. So for example, if they're using it to create an illusion it follows standard rules and guidelines. For interrogation/forceful extraction, if the victim has a higher chakra stat they can resist for __ turns? Or some linear scale to make that work, we can talk about it if need be. Remove genjutsu, have to pay chakra cost equal to original cast (on top of genjutsu: sharingan's inherent), etc... if you have any questions/concerns for specific instances we can talk about it
5. I don't know about controlling tailed beasts inherently, perhaps a mechanic where (without MS or EMS) the user needs a chakra total equal to or greater than the Bijuu's base? (Meaning A rank for without, S rank by glance?)
6. Let's remove canon references (at least remove the names) and replace generically with "The user" or "opponent/victim" so that it's less tied into canon references.

3. Let's not make Rinne Genjutsu SS, let's keep it at S, since this is a simple and basic genjutsu and nothing like Tsuky after all
4. We should create the checks for things like the interrogation and all, also, I don't like the controlling their actions part. Let's remove that part entirely, maybe go with placing paralysis as a thing? But beyond that I don't like controlling players actions at all
