• Description ;; Tsukuyomi is noted to be one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence. It is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" (精神界と闇, Seishinkai to Yami), the antipode to Amaterasu — a ninjutsu of similar power. Is Sourced in the Left eye.

Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed, trapping the target within an illusion completely under the user's control. Itachi's prowess with the technique has allowed him to alter the perception of time with ease within the genjutsu to make a few seconds seem like many days as a means to torture the target. This results in the victim suffering psychological trauma that incapacitates them for a considerable period of time. This Causes Such Trauma that even higher ranking Ninja are unlikely to recover, needs a medical Ninja of the highest calliber to repair the Trauma.

Itachi's use of Tsukuyomi typically featured a red moon casting a red light throughout the illusion with a cloudy atmosphere, giving the background a blood-red appearance while the victim within the illusion is in depicted in an inverted grey scale.

Such a powerful technique is not without its disadvantages however. Due to the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary and an added amount of stress is placed on the left eye, leaving Itachi's vision more blurred. Before using it on Kakashi, Itachi stated that Tsukuyomi can only be broken by a Sharingan user that shares the same blood as him; as demonstrated when Sasuke overcame Itachi's Tsukuyomi in their battle.

Can be broken by Uchiha with 3 Tomoe, but will cost them a great deal more Chakra to do so, Uchiha with MS or EMS Pays the chakra cost of the Tsukuyomi to break free of it. Non-Uchiha will need to go through a great amount of pain, either by self or someone outside of the genjutsu. Kai Wont work.

The jutsu's illusions are only limited by the creativity of the user, The User may either speed up or slow down time by up to 72 hours.

1. Nit-picking here, but you have a typo in title and name line "Tsukiyomi" rather than "Tsukuyomi"
2. Give the speed a number, I know we've yet to redefine what power/speed is for each spec, but -- in both lines is X ranked even for genjutsu
3. Let's cut out the canon mentions beyond Itachi manipuating time, ie. from "After Itachi used it on... curing this psychological trauma." Instead, maybe comment on a general sense to the damage that can be done even to higher rank and more powerful ninja?
4. Cut out the transitional statement, for paragraph 3, and start where "Itachi's... "
5. In the last paragraph you mention the canon breaking of it, let's move that to a more general sense and let's expunge on the mechanic a little bit as far as breaking it. I was thinking an Uchiha with 3-tomoe pays a higher chakra cost (not sure on how much more?) to break free of the genjutsu, and an Uchiha with MS or EMS just needs to pay the normal chakra tax (essentially counter casting the technique) to break free from it. For non-uchiha, they'll have to use severe pain of some kind (if they can move) or have someone else severely damage them, but since power is -- Kai isn't gonna work for Tsuky
6. Reiterating and posting for clarity down the line, let's move the eye this power comes from into paragraph 1 as well
7. Something I forgot, let's mention that the jutsu's illusions are only limited by the creativity of the user, and perhaps a limit to how much time they can control (either speeding up or slowing down) within the illusion also
