The Village Hidden in the Iceberg is one of the only villages that is connected to the continent of Shinobi while surrounded by water on almost all sides. The journey toward the Frozen Tundra known as Hyou No Kuni becomes apparent as one witnesses the dramatic change in climate and terrain, a replacement of scenery as plant-life becomes nothing but Ice and warmth is sorely missed. The Trek toward the land of snow and glaciers is both challenging and treacherous unless one knows their way through the harshness of the land as the frozen sea that surrounds the Village itself is covered with a thin ice that does not allow for visitors or to goods across. It is for this reason travelling merchants rarely set foot within Hyozangakure due to the risks involved.

Hyou No Kuni itself is centrally located, surrounded by the highest of peak mountains allowing its citizens to rest more easily at night knowing they're offered the protection these monstrous earth mounds allow. During the mornings a cold wind of snow and ice flows across the as if the mountains themselves are breathing their sighs of contentment. Hyou No Kuni's lack of plant-life is reimbursed by it's vast source of wild-life, the animals that traverse the area considered both deadly and delicious. Ranging from Snow Leopards, Wolves, Polar Bears and even common fish Hyou No Kuni's wildlife allow Hyouzangakure to survive, the use of their meat for food and their fur for clothing and other necessities. Unfortunately due to Hyou No Kuni being considered a high risk area exportation and trade with other merchants and Village's has been out of the question for some time thus the economy isn't the best.

The Village is surrounded by temples high in the snowy lands, the journey towards these considered to be a hike of enlightenment for those who successfully make the Trek. One temple in particular is worthy of note, this temple has been said to have the Founder of Hyozangakure's remains buried deep within them, his chakra infused with the Ice around him to preserve his non-decayed body. The Temple is hidden by the blizzards that continuously envelope it keeping its secrets hidden from the world.

The massive structures known as the gates of the Hyouzangakure are, like the Country and Village themselves, made almost entirely of ice and snow that never seems to melt. From the gate are three main roads, the one to the right leads to the Ninja Academy, the one on the left leads to the Hospital, while the middle leads to the Villages main square which holds a statue of the current Hyozankage, Lord Desu Yuki. After walking through the Center of the Village the massive ice dome is visible while to the outside world it possesses a transparency due to the glare of the sun. Trailing the dome you will find the largest building within Hyouzangakure, the Hyouzankage building where the Kage's Office is situated. Most noticeably at the peak of this building gleams a giant Crystal of ice which acts as an anchor for the dome above together the village, one of the two required. After leaving the village through one of the side gates you will find yourself in an almost endless snow field, falling through any ice patch leads most to the Hidden Snow cave, which holds the second crystal of the village, both being huge and durable.

Sukaigakure no Sato

The Land of sky is one of the Five Great Shinobi Nations that contains the Village Hidden in the Sky, also commonly known as Sukaigakure. Sukaigakure is considered one of the more peaceful villages and throughout history has been regarded as one of the few Major Villages that offered a treaty during the time when the Tribes fought for land. The original Clan who first took up residence upon the floating country was said to have lived in complete secrecy. It was said no one ever came face to face with these beings, yet their followers regarded them as heroes. Legends and myths speak of the original Sky settlers as Angels who ascended to heaven when the warring of the world bore too heavily upon their shoulders. In their wake these angels left their brethren the gifts of knowledge and using this knowledge their children learned to take little pieces of land from the oceans and make it their own. In time the descendants of the Sky beings learned to fully control and harness this gift and in time the Land of Sky was born.

Situated Thousands of miles in the sky Sukaigakure almost hits the upper Atmosphere, so close in fact citizens often gossip on how close to the Ozone layer they truly are. Thankful they're on the lower half of the atmosphere or fear burning to crisps by the suns ultraviolet radiation. Composed of many floating islands, The Land of Sky is supported and kept afloat by hundreds of transparent Orbs. These magical orbs allow the floating islands to harness the weight of not only the land itself but also from the numerous small towns that situate upon them. Each of the smaller Islands are held up by the gravity that Sukaigakure creates due to its orbs size and magnitude. The larger orbs that help to support the Sky Village are, unlike their smaller counterparts, visible to the naked eye and are capable of burdening themselves with two hundred times the weight load of their smaller counterparts. Some consider Sukaigakure to be like a fortress of solitude due to these secret orbs and their ability to allow The Land of Sky to remain segregated from the often warring nations below.

Due to the makeup of these floating island the growth of Forestry upon them is limitless and by using their Shinobi knowledge citizens have created a way to harness the moisture from the clouds that surround them to produce an unlimited amount of water. With the influx of water and exposure to the sun the lands of The Sky country are considered to be even more fertile than their brother and sister countries beneath them. Perhaps it is this reason as to why Sukaigakure's economy is regarded as the highest out of all the other nations.

Visitors to Sukaigakure will notice how in common to others villages it appears except for the fact that the village exhibits two layers to its structure. The bottom layer is prodigious and envelopes all of the Natural land such as it's forestry. This bottom most layer also houses its rural districts where citizens farm peacefully and contently. The Villages second Layer and higher layer is composed of the Shinobi houses, mostly the higher ranked clans of Sukaigakure such as the Hyuuga and Kaguya clans while slight lower are other minor clans. The Kage's mansion is like one giant pillar holding up the sphere, it even pierces it and sits on top of the sphere.

Transportation in the Land of Sky is both fundamental and entertaining due to their sheer mode of conduct. One such mode which is considered both highly dangerous yet the most affordable are the large bird creatures that surround the area. Considered cheaper to use due to their small intake for food these beasts are most likely the most common form of transportation for citizens who bare no ninja skills and the younger generation of Shinobi such as Genin. While they are cheap to buy and own these birds are common causes of accidents due to their high accounts of unpredictability, while most don't possess this issue there have been a few noted cases regarding events. Another mode of transportation are the Hot air balloons and Zeppelins that can often be seen even by those on land. These massive modes of transportation are considered the fastest mode of International transportation to date.

A rare fact about the Land of Sky is that Sukaigakure has been said to eclipse the sun causing parts of the world to lose light briefly due to the nation and villages sheer size.

The Land of Lava Is a land that was originally Desolate, the villages were inhabitable and the land was hotter then molten lava. After the fighting of Chakra-fueled Humans and the Great Hydra beast, the land was swallowed by a tidal wave. Three years passed and this land was recreated by the first tribe to reach it, the Kazan Tribe. They Created their homes on this Newly reformed piece of land. After so they participated in the battle of land hiring both the Senju and Abruame Clans to aid them. Though pushed back they made a home on that same island. Currently its Volcano has been Dormant for 30 years and the towns have grown even creating a village directly under the volcano. Their Kage was one of the few to be spared in the Daiyomi's Kage assassination plot, Causing them to only be on their second Kazankage. The building resemble huts but have a different more complex interior build. The Kazankage lives in a building that is built in with the volcano. The village is also connected to the town which hosts all of the dock's shipments. The volcano is completely dormant and only has smoking coming from its mouth due to the tidal wave. From the Docks the Hydra can be seen once a year. The Volcano is Named King Heat due to the heat it gives off during the summer months.
