• Name ;; Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique [Canon] • Rank ;; A-Rank • Type ;; Ninjutsu • Element ;; Wind (Fuuton) • Range ;; 0-120ft (in a vertical shot forward but user can turn their head to set it's position.) • Power ;; 4 • Speed ;; 4 • Cool Down;; 6 • Description ;; This technique creates a stream of high-velocity wind containing dust particles, capable of causing heavy damage towards anything caught in it in only a matter of moments, leaving a large circular hole through it's targets if successfully hitting. The completed technique is directed through vertically overlapped hands that are placed in front of the user's mouth after forming the necessary hand seals. This technique is meant to go fast and hit hard and due to it's wind element it makes it very difficult to dodge and it should be considered when opponents are going up against it.
- Appearance of Jutsu:
• Requirements ;; Requires Wind as one of your three main elements. • Wordcount ;; 1,500 Words Required

| As for flavor text, I don't know about decimating things at A-rank but most importantly the strength of the jutsu would be dependant upon the power, which is dependent upon the users chakra stat | |

| I would just add more flavor text that's less explicit in its terms and say something like the damaging power of the dust is the power of the jutsu? But that's technically implied so up to you | |

| I'll just add some flavor text since the damage of it is already implied through it's rank.
