• Description ;; At this level of mastery the user is able to create many more shadow clones than users of the standard Kage Bunshin jutsu.  The user may create up to 1 clone per 2 points they possess in the chakra stat, rounded down.

Clones have the same Speed, Strength, and Durability. However, the user must divide their own chakra into these clones. If they give each clone the same amount, and they themselves the same amount as said clones, it is impossible to tell the difference between the original and the clones, even with a chakra sensing technique. When clones take a substantial amount of damage - basically enough to cause moderate pain - they burst into smoke. If clones are destroyed, the chakra you placed within them is gone. If they are dispelled, the user gains the chakra back, or they can have it divide among themselves and the remaining clones. After dispelled or destroyed, the user gains any and all memories that they had gained upon destruction. This cannot be used to skimp out on training.

Up the chakra stat, to divide that much chakra between so many clones, I'd prefer it be around 100 minimum. As for the number of clones, add that if the number doesn't divide evenly, round it downwards

Edited Chakra requirements, sounds about right. I'm not sure on the rest, are you saying that with multi shadow clone you must always spread the chakra evenly?

No no, for the total number you can create, for example if you have 99 chakra then you could create 44.5 shadow clones. Round that number down to 44, if that example makes sense?
