• Description ;;This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand, such that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target, producing heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.(is only fatal for those with lower Durability then Chakra, or if it hits a vital spot)

It was once shown, the Chidori can also be used to simply electrocute the opponent without impaling them.

This technique has a major drawback, however. The speed at which the attack must be done(we will say 150 speed minimum required), combined with the fact that the user must run in a straight line, causes a tunnel vision-like effect for the user. This allows the enemy to easily counter the attack, making it a potentially lethal move for the user. Though this drawback would seem to make learning the technique fairly pointless, One is able to avoid the drawback with a Sharingan, which takes in every detail, regardless of how fast the user is moving, Or other forms of something similar of Perdiction.

As an additional drawback, the large amount of chakra required limits the number of times this technique can be performed per day. Should the user attempt to go beyond their limit, all of their chakra will be drained and their very life force could go along with it.

Genin (D-rank) can only use it twice a Thread.
Chuunin/Sp.Jounin (C/B-rank) Can only use it three times a Thread.
Jounin/ANBU (A-rank) Can only use it four times a Thread.

If you learn a Variant, its like a Mastery, there is no longer any max per thread

Have at Lightning as at least Second Element

A lot of the fluff seems unnecessary in this jutsu. Should only need to explain what it does, and leave it at that. Please just make a note of the drawbacks if needed, and define how much extra chakra this costs, if it costs more than a typical A rank jutsu.

If a minimum speed is required to use this jutsu, please also define that.

If it can only be used a certain number of times per day, also define that, but that can mostly be handled by the user's chakra supply so seems like it doesn't need to be included.

It should also be understood that this jutsu has a Power rating of 4, and does damage as power 4 jutsu. It is not automatically fatal, unless a fatal strike is landed.

You can also exclude the variants, as those can be made as separate jutsu for people who have the cursed seal, etc.

So it can be used a certain numbers of times each day, but with each new Chidori variant you use you are able to use it an additional time? When you use a chidori variant, does it count towards your daily uses of Chidori, or will each variant be able to used a certain number of times each day as well?
