First Tomoe: The first tomoe is unlocked IC through an event which puts the character through great psychological stress. If this is a solo topic, it must be of at least 1,000 words.

The Sharingan can predict movement by seeing the slightest detail and flinch of a muscle. Seems as if the person fights with +10 speed.
The Sharingan can see chakra. Not to the degree of the Byakugan, the chakra is really just a blob.
At this point, the tax on the user’s chakra is significant.

Second Tomoe: This is gained by being placed in a situation where the First Tomoe simply isn't enough. Either you just barely can't keep up with your opponent or are just barely facing some other limitation from the First Tomoe. Being completely outclassed doesn't count. It must be just out of reach, creating a sense of desperation in your character. 1,500 Word Solo topic.

To gain the Mangekyou Sharingan, the user must witness the death of a person closest to them. This is any person (PC or NPC) that they have spent at least 10 topics with and at least a cumulative 80 posts with. (So if both are PCs, then the other PC can do 40 and the Uchiha can do 40. If the person uses an NPC, they must do 80 posts with them.) These posts MUST be of a decent length (a paragraph at least). Trying to abuse or skimp out on posts can result in a player’s inability to ever gain Mangekyou Sharingan.

Each Mangekyou Sharingan user has 100 points. At this point, they have perfect vision. At 75, things become a slight blur. At 50, it is hard to see and the person wouldn’t be able to join the military. At 25, the person can only see bright colors and large shapes. At 0, the person cannot see. Activating the Mangekyou Sharingan deducts 4 points from the user, as does using any Mangekyou Sharingan techniques. Each post that the Mangekyou Sharingan is active and a technique is not used deducts 2 points.

Transplanting another Mangekyou Sharingan into the Uchiha’s eyes will give them their eyesight back forever.
