• Description ;; The Adamantine Sealing Chains are the complete version of the Adamantine Attacking Chains. Much like its counterpart the user molds their chakra into extremely durable chains that the user is able to create from any part of their body, these chains can be used for various purposes, such as directly combating or physically restraining their targets — foes even as powerful as a tailed beast. According to Orochimaru, these chains could also be used to bind the chakra of a target, completely neutralizing them. The user is able to control the size of the chains that they create to fit the situation whatever situation they are in at the time, with the maximum size of the chain being 10ft ft in height and 6ft in width, the chains do not exit the users body at this length though, the chain expands for the first 2 meters that it exits the users body until it is the right size. The user is able to create up to ten chains at any one time and is able to extend said chains up to sixty meters away from them, the user can control the chains movements completely with nothing more than their minds. There are no real hand seals or preparation time required in order to perform this jutsu, meaning that it is a great jutsu for surprise attacks or when in a tough spot, since it can be performed in an instant

The chains completely suppress the chakra of anybody with lower chakra than the power of the chains for as long as they are in contact with the chains, and as long as the power of the chains is greater than the chakra of the whatever the chains are binding then the chakra of whatever is being bound by the chains will be completely suppressed. This effect is greatly enhanced on Jinchuriki and their Biju, or more specifically, on the chakra of a Biju, the chains completely suppress the chakra of a Biju the moment that the chains come into contact with either a Biju or their Jinchuriki, a Jinchuriki caught in these chains will be unable to access the chakra of their Biju no matter how hard they try to do so, and if they were already using the chakra then it will be suppressed and they will lose all of the benefits they had gained from it. The Jinchuriki themselves will only have their chakra suppressed if their own chakra is lower than the power of the chains, the same way it works with anyone else who is in contact with the chains, but for however long they are in contact with the chains they will be completely unable to access even the smallest sliver of their Biju's chakra

The user is also able to use these chains to form an S-rank barrier that will prevent anyone from entering or exiting the area unless it has either been broken or dropped, this barrier was very durable, as Hiruzen Sarutobi stated that there was nothing anyone could do to interfere with what Minato and Kushina were doing once it had been erected. The barrier possesses a power equal to the chains and can only be broken by an attack that has at least 25 points of power higher than the barrier itself, any attack with any less power than that will do no damage to it whatsoever. No damage is dealt to anyone that comes into contact with the barrier, as shown when Hiruzen Sarutobi touched the barrier and wasn't harmed by it, nor will it reflect any techniques that come into contact with it, the only thing that it does is prevent anyone or anything from entering or exiting the area. In order to erect this barrier the user must use their chains to form a dome around the area that they wish to seal off, the only catch being that the user must be inside the target area, once this has been done the users chains will glow brightly and a light blue barrier will connect between the chains, thus creating the barrier.

I don't quite understand the dimensions you give. The chains have a maximum height of 10ft but can reach up to 100 meters?

Speaking of 100 meters that's gonna have to go down.

Also there's gonna have to be some form of wind-up I'd say, can't just bust out an S rank instantly.
